DS2 attended the 2019 Interservice/Industry Training, Simulation and Education Conference (I/ITSEC) in Orlando to learn more about the cutting edge of simulation and training technology.
The I/ITSEC is a fair for military training and equipment. It promotes cooperation between military, industry and academia for an improved education and training concept and the development of new strategies.
DS2 has developed a modeling and simulation framework for rapid and cost-effective development of simulation-based applications for entertainment, training, and educational purposes. We provide complete systems for Virtual Reality (VR) and Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) simulations involving real people operating simulated systems while providing constructive control inputs for supporting nondeterministic outcomes. Our framework is built upon the Unity engine providing a common core for graphics rendering, real-world physics, sound, and navigation.
